School, camp, and sport physicals

Physical exams are required for all students entering Palm Beach County schools for the first time. Students entering the 7th grade are also required to have a physical exam. Physical exams must occur within 12 months of registering for school. We provide exams at both locations in West Palm Beach Wellington – Lake Worth.
$50 School Physical

Employment physical examinations

A pre-employment physical exam is often required by an employer before beginning a new job. The exam can include checking a candidate’s vital signs, weight, temperature, pulse, and blood pressure. It may also include specific tests such as drug and alcohol testing, physical ability and stamina testing, and psychological testing. We provide DOT CDL physical exams at both in West Palm Beach, Wellington – Lake Worth.
